Fake sales deed

Hi

I took loan and constructed a new duplex house and placed In marketplace for Sale for 50L.

Now, my uncle, with whom, we have family property disputes, want to corner me by stopping this sale, so that I'll financially squeezed.

He sent me a Notice and Caveat saying that, he made a sale agreement of that house for 20L and paid a advance of 5 Lakhs cash. And that I'm denying his registration.

He took help of some forgery experts and faked my signature. I can clearly win this case, but have to go through the entire legal process, which will take few years. Is there any solution for this?

If there's no restriction to sell the property by any order from court, you can ignore the legal notice and proceed ahead with the proposed sale of property.

Thank You Sir. There is no such restriction from the court. We'll proceed with the sale.

you may proceed with the proposed sale of property at the earliest before the opponent is trying to obtain a  stay order through court.
