Query is just like a movie story, At the first instance, car met with an accident, what happened to that case, any proper FIR was lodged and what happened to insurance claim, who was made as accused. 2, when so called accused father promised to make good of damages incurred ,was there any documentation in place?  when u make a query be clear and avoid asking us for academic sake.
