pending duesl notices

Me (female) & My Mother are full day at home. Gents of the home are normally out.

We ladies are being forced to accept various notices from income tax, sales tax & other recovering agencies. How can these authorities force us to accept legal notices of cases which are put on the gents of the house....Are females supposed to sign & accept every notice from the people who come at the door.

Please assist us in this situation. What is the legal assistance we can seek from the law?

How can IT/ sales tax people force us to sign on any legal notice????

if these people send notices through registered post then its a different case but if poeple come at our house & physically take signatures from us then how can this be acceptable????

Please show a way.

ANY LEGAL NOTICE/ LETTERS WHICH IS ADDRESSED TO THE MALE MEMBERS OF FAMILY SHOULD BE SERVED ON SAME PERSON.THE LADIES IN T;HE FAMILY CAN NOT BE COMPELLED BY THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO ACCEPT THE SAID NOTICES/LETTERS.THE LADIES CAN REFUSE TO SIGN AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE SAID NOTICES / LETTERS.GOOD LUCK.

The Sales Tax people refused to divulge their names & their details relating to their profile in Sales Tax....

Also the police guys were in uniform but without their names (badges).....Is this not a law break....Any person can wear a police uniform & do any immoral activity with a citizen..How do we females seek protection from judiciary....

Is this permissible under law that any public servant be it police/IT/ etc can come without showing his identity.
