Recently a wife came to know that the husband DOB in passport and in marriage certificate differs.
If husband's DOB in passport is to be assumed to be correct document then according to that he was a minor during marriage. So, obviously he submitted false docs either in passport or in Marriage registration.
Wife has filled divorce case but husband is not giving divorce. How wife can prosecute husband for false date of birth? Wife wants to harass husband and want to get his passport cancelled and want him to go behind the bars on the basis of mentioned facts.
