I want to open a bank account in the name of an unregistered association. I do not want to involve outsiders in this association. Will it be proper to form an unregistered association involving the family members -like brothers, sisters, wife, mother, father, sons and daughter so that I can prepare documents for opening a bank account.

Yes!The banker will require the articles or bylaws,eventhough not registered.
