Hi ,I am seeking help regardind fraud by an academic institute unedr MoT ,govt of India.I did my Mba or PGDBM fro IITTM ,gwalior MP in year 2006_2008.We were awarded PGDBM certificates after completion which is deemed to be equivalent to MBA if Institute is a member of AIU i.e.association of indian universities.IIM also provide Post graduate diploma of two years which is accepted as MBA in all the Govt Depts for employement and other things like doing Phd.Now what happened that last year i cleared UGC NET aand applied for PHd in a Govt Univ Haryana but they rejecteed my application sstating that this ddiploma is not equivalent to MBA as IITTM is not a member of AIU.aanddd hencee they can not write Eq.to MBA on their Cerificates.i checked the AIU webssite and PGDBM from IITTM was not on the list .IITTM has aquired membersship in current year in 2013 sso their present diplomas can be considered eq to MBA but the passt diplomas cant be.
So what relief can i get if i file a writ in SC as i was given admission in MBA from IITTM in collaboration with MP bhoj Open university in 2006.But in the middle of the course they had changed the nomenclature and programme.please guide me on this issue.Thank you for attention
