Kindly provide your valuable suggestion for the following :
I had purchased an Old house in our area at Bangalore. The house did not have a building plan. I would like to get a Renovation and Reparir ( inside the buildiing and the renovation will not affect the size of the building ). In order to get a Renovation Loan from the Nationalised banks, what are the documents are needed for the same without plan of the building. Because the Bangalore City Corporation does not give building plan for the building already constructed.. The bank personnel not give proper guidance. The house consists of 20x18 squr feet and having gound floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. Or is there any possiblity to get a loan from Coopeative Societies/Cooperative Banks in Bangalore. I am the Retired Central Govt. Staff getting my pension regularly and my daughter ( unmarried ) working at a Private Firm getting monthly salary regularly.
Please guide me.
