hi.currently accused in a false rape case and on bail.have come to know that the alleged victim girl has filed a similar case against someone in the lines of possible s*xual assault or rape for which that man has tried to attack the girl with some goons.my qn is how do i get to know about the other case?through RTI?or any other agency or police because the facts of the case can help in my defense.is there any way i can get to know about the other case?
