i was work in health department
since 25 sept 2013 to 17 july 2013
and after 9 month district development officer told me we terminate your service because u are against the selection criteria of this post
i have government order & payment proof of that job also. Other same candidate like me still working there. They are also not eligible for selection criteria.
i accept i am against the terms and condition of selection criteria for that job but they told me before 1 year. because i leave my old job due to this government job. and now this government job suspended me so i am jobless.
please told me solution
also told me which act for file case against them.
