Govt employee job protection

my mother and father works in post office & railway respectively..

there been property dispute with my uncle.my cousin told us that he will file wrong statement against my father & mother in police station and disturb their central government jobs.

is there special protection for central government employees against such wrong complaints???

Rather deptt will suspend them if remainign in custody beyond 48 hours.

Officially there is no remedy in advance. Both the deptts are reputed for having strong vigilance wing following rules by book when dealing with employees.

Humnan sympathy can be generated by personally meeting administrativ eand vigilance authroities in advance.

In case they have evidence of being threatened in framing up in false case, then they can register FIR against him. A good no of sections of IPC may be attracted. Such case can be filed at the place wherefrom threat generated or where they received the threat.

In case there is no such evidence then do not epxtect mich help from police.
