My father bought a property in 2008 in my name through unregistered GPA & Possession of sale agreement.In 2016 i registered to my wife name.Now am trying to sell the property.One person took the documents for verification later he came back and told me that this is not valid.Because the GPA is not registered. Is it valid or not?Is it poosible to register to GPA Now?
