My grand father purchased one house and he have 3 sons, 2 daughters all sons and daughter had given Registered requlishment deed in favour of my father.
Now my father has two sons, Are both sons are legally intitled to get the equal share in the property or it depends on father that how much porportionate of asset he distribute in both the sons or can he give the property to his one son only.
