Haryana Police detained a metropolitan magistrate of Delhi and arrested three others, including an alleged prostitute, after booking them under the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.
According to the police, Raj Kumar Aggarwal, a metropolitan magistrate in Delhi’s Tees Hazari courts, came to Panipat with his friends, Subhash and Shamsher Singh. The trio had allegedly picked up a prostitute on the way Wednesday night and brought her to Subhash’s rented accommodation in Punjabi Colony in Samlakha area of Panipat town.

I do not understand what offence has been committed by them ...... all of them consenting parties ....... in a private place ........ what is the offence  ??????? How does one prove that the female was with them for '' that '' purpose only ??????

Unless they have disturbed the locality/residential place and/or caused nuisance ...... theycan be booked for that offence ......

Caught them red handed ???????? means what ?????/ caught them in the act ???????

Prostitution is the oldest profession. Magistrate is no more than a human being. He has every right to sleep with any female
