Under sec125 judgement i have to pay 5k every month as interim i went high COURT FOR STAY based on Dv dismis judgement HC JUDGE WRITTEN SHE ONLY DESERTED THE RESPONENT SHE ISnot ENTITLE FOR MAINTANCE. for child no stay given/
My question is after this stay she is not attending court her lawyre not takeing money what way i have to deposit and any possibility her lawyer can tell high court respondent deserted the petitioner not giveing any money to vacate the stay as per HC order.
