help---Draft of petition

Sir/Madam,

Namaskar all of you.

i am in need of a draft of a petition to be filed in the courts.

this petition is to filed to recevive the permission for selling the property of three minor children,

children belongs to my younger brother (Was an Advocate)

Wife made remarriage.

Two boy childs of 10 and 5 years

whild one girl of 9 years.

provide me the Sample draft for petion to be filed.

1. Are you declaired GUARDIAN of these two minors by any Court of Law when their mother is alive?.

mother of these children has made re marriage with some other person.

her marriage has been registered also.

now pls suggest

Yours is a very tricky situation and I dont think u will get guidance free of cost through this column. But first of all you have to apply to court for GUARDIANSHIP of your nephews/niece on the basis of abandonment from their natural mother after re-marriage but the paramount question is whether your nephews/niece would be willing to accept your GUARDIANSHIP and god knows how much time it would take to get that.

Once you become their GUARDIAN, you can decide your course of action.
