Help in 498a and dp act 3 and 4

 

Hello Sir,

 

What is the procedure for quash?  what doucments required for quash can you tell me clearly please

will I get 100% quash? because one of my friend told me it is 50 - 50 chances so please help me out will iget 100% quash?

And could you tell me what is quash? quash means complete close or dismiss of case or elase pending in court?

If it is complete dismiss or close of case I will go for quash and my dad is saying that quash is just stay order. he is telling that quash is not close the case could you tell me clearly what is quash and doucments required and how much chances are getting quash Please reply me

it is advisable to face trial . don't go in for quashing unless there is a settlement arrived at between the parties . if as per allegations made in complaint no case is made out then quashing would be allowed . don't waste your hard earned money
