Help Me In DV Act

1) Wife made mother in law as co-respondant in DV act. under which section mother in law seek relief?

2) Is there any way to counter attack wife of making mockery of law by putting ir-relavent petitions which the respondents have to oppose by paying money to lawyers?

3) Is physical presence necessary for respondants in DV case?

1) D V Act sec2(q) specificly reads that only male partner to be made as responds.

2) you can file counter cases but i think this is a waste of time and money also, better you clonclude wife petition.

3) physical presence is not requred on all dates but at the time of evidence you must.
