I have to prepare a memorial for the moot court competition,since this is my first time i am facing a lot of problem.The moot problem is primarily based on specific perfomance of contract(specific relief act).Pls tell me where should i search the case laws ??
Since vacations are going on i don't have access to the college library and only have RK BANGIA(CONTRACT ACT) and bare acts of Indian Contract Act and Specific Relief Act at my disposal...
Pls help...

The provisions in the Specific Relief are very clear. You can approach local Advocate and take his assistance to get some reported judgments.

if you are from bangalore the you can go to the highcourt library and also the national law school library....
to your assistance you can search for judgements on google, or on judis.nic.in
