Iam Working in a private limited software company.i completed almost 16 months in same company. Still im working in same company...
In starting i have assigned with lot of work and with in 6 months i got appreciations from my superiors. After that my GM(General Manager) suddenly stopped assigning work to me due to some personal grudge on me....
I dont know y so.. from almost 6 months im sitting ideal in office by doing simple works in office...
I have already made this issue to MD's notice.. he said that prepare for another project so that i will switch to that project....
But after all this last a week before all my collegues got hike in their salary but i didn't.....
One of my Superior told me that i wont get hike this year due to im not having proper work in office...
But according to our company Norms every employee should get hike after completion of their probation period.
my probation period has been completed 4 months ago...
How can i proceed please suggest.......
