The house which we bought was registered and it comes under municipality with water and electricity connection, we're properly paying water and other taxes related to land municipality or whatever, every aspect is clearly approved by govt regarding construction of house.

Sir,

Was there any earlier notification regarding the surveying of the house at the time when you bought the same?
