how to evacuate subtenanat

hi.there.

i am from kolkata. we are tenanat in kolkata at a premises more than 20 years, on the very same premises,  my father, on friendly ground and on good faith have allowed his friend to live in one room along with his family, more thyan 15 years on no exchange of money or rent bit my father sais that you will pay for electricity cumsumption and for that we were taking 200 rupees but not providing any written document against those receiving.

About six years back the subtenenet have purchased a flat some place else and mooved but he remain kept the room locked, now he is trying to keep his daughter and son-in-law to keep in that locked room and we want to get back our possession.


Please tell us that how can we get back our room back,our subtenant are rich and they have connection with anti social elements too.

Take the possession or issue notice to the tenent to vacate the house, inspite of receipt of notice if he failed to do so then file a suit for possession.
