I intend to file a Interlocutory application to expidiate the process of jugement as over 1.8 years has passed and opposite party has not yet enterted their written statement and needlessly taking adjournement and president is overlooking the provisions of cpa , also ignored supreme courts judgement and ncdrc judgements .
So how can i file I.A , is there any fee associated with it ? Other than affidavit what other docuemtns I must attach ?
I would also like to know under which circustnace revision peition is filed and where is it filed ?
How does it differ from Appeal and what's the fee to make an appleal ?
