How to prevent using the unquie words?

Sir recently I joined in ‘COFFEE DAY’ company in Bangalore. I have query that the other Londan based company called as COSTA COFFEE company openings their coffee outlets in Bangalore.

But they are making advertisement as “THE END OF MEDIOCRE COFFEE”.

It seems they are misleading the customers by advertising the above slogan also it is effecting among the coffee seller traders.

Can you please suggest me how to prevent or how to send legal notice to them from using the said words. OR

To whom we have to approach to file a complaint?

Please it is very urgent.

I don't thinks you have any case. Even your own company must be doing the same and I don't think your company would claim or accept that its coffees are of mediocre type.

Actually, above slogan is defamatory in nature. But, poor mediocres or "Aam Tikia" or "Aam Aadmi" can't do much.

We must start some products under brandline, "mediocre", "aam" or "sadharan" to deal with such types of advertisements.
