How to prove my self innocent in IPC 313 FALSE case. As I knw my wife never be pregnant and nor she had any abortion.
Is it my responsibility to provide a evidence or evidence provided by prosecution also.
As she filed i aborted her 1 month child by some medicine without her consent. But this never happen. Please help me how to prove my self innocent in this.

If you have documentary evidences to prove her allegations as false then you should have got her case proved to be false during cross examination in the trial proceedings.

How can I prove that someone is not pregnant? If she never get pregnant.
She has to prove that she is pregnant and her abortion is done forcefully?
Is there any means to prove she never be pregnant?

The burden lies on her to prove that she was pregnant and her pregnancy was medically terminated.
You can challenge it if it is found to be false.
