How to quash false criminal case u/s. 137.294 (b), 324 & 506

Hi,

Please clarify can any one file a false compliant under u/s. 137.294 (b), 324 & 506 & what is the procedure to quash and how can we defermate the petitioner who have filed false compliant under the motive of spoiling the name in the society.

Defamation,quash etc are subjects to be discussed later on,first ascertain whether the chargesheet is filed.
