Hi,
A friend of mine has taken hand-loan from me. Because, its a friend, I did not make any agreement on this loan with borrower.
However, off late, he is ignoring me and does not answer my calls either. When asked about returning money back / repaying the load, this gentleman now says he is bankrupt and has got no money to repay.
I am thinking of taking legal route collect my funds. However, I have no clue about his savings / bank acount details whatsoever. He has a grocery store which does good business.
Are there any government / private institutions that I can reach to get his savings details across banks? It may be any banks in Bangalore.
Please advise.
