my grandfather and grand mother died my grand father has 4 sons A,B.C.D.and.3.daughter. all.are married.but.elder brother A staying with his family in a building which is recordered in the name of my grandfather.but.the other 3 brothers staying in different places.but the elderbrother applying a mutation in tehsil office and The RI given wrong statement and wrote on the order sheet that A is the only son of his father and his father and mother is no more so he is the only warshadar of his father .after that the patta changed and recordered in the name of A .but now the case is in the court after case we know about this matter.but now how can it change from my elder brother A to my grandfather name plz explain me otherwise he may dispose to some one.
