Incentice promised but given out to others

I WAS WORKING FOR A PVT LTD COMPANY BASED IN PUNA.IT WAS RECEIVING SUBSTANTIAL FUND FROM GOVT FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.AS  EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY WE WERE ENTITLED TO INCENTIVE SCHEME,FOR THE NO OF PROJECTS WE EXECUTED.MY TENURE WAS SEPTEMBER 2010 TO AUGUST 2012.
FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2011-2012(APRIL TO MARCH),MY INCENTIVE SUMMED UP TO 80 K,BUT THE COMPANY ASKED MANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES (EXCEPT FEW FAVORITE FEMALE EMPLOYEES.)

TO RESIGN IN AUGUST 2012, AS THE FUNDING WAS STOPPED.THE COMPANY DID NOT PAY MY INCENTIVE STATING THAT THE PAYMENT WAS NOT RECEIVED FROM THE GOVT DEPARTMENT.
HOWEVER THEY RECEIVED THIS PAYMENT IN DECEMBER 2012,AND THEY PAID INCENTIVES TO ABOVE MENTIONED FEMALE EMPLOYEES WHO WERE ON  CONTRACTUAL BASIS AND WERE RECRUITED TOWARDS THE END OF THAT FINANCIAL YEAR.
CAN I CLAIM IT NOW,THAT I HAD SIGNED NO DUES ON COMPANY WHEN THEY ASKED ME TO RESIGN.
