Hi,
I have taken a data card of MTS postpaid in Jodhpur, First of all, i provided them my photograph and passport copy (i am not from rajasthan, the address on my passport was from delhi), the sales person somehow managed to make a fake rent agreement and get my datacard activated in a week time.He however get those signed by me for data card purpose.
My services on my data card got barred (Within 15 days), and i got a bill to pay Rs 1300 as urgent payment for continuing my services. As per the discussion with sales executive during their sales visit and phone verification, i was told that my credit limit is only Rs 500, Then how can i get a bill something more than this amount???
Also, I have taken 499 Plan, which is having 8GB data usage in Day and 15GB Data usage in night for a month. As per bill, i have used only 8.5 GB Data in total of my day and night usage, I wonder, in this scenario, where have i crossed my credit limit. I tried contacting customer care for explanation of my day and night usage seperately, however i got no response, as they told me that they don't have that descriptttion with them.
This is really frustrating and annoying for me. There was no discussion of any daily limit of this plan by MTS Store or sales executive during the sales discussion, suddenly, how can they charge me on basis of exceeding my daily data limit......
Please help me, as i dont want to pay anything more than my data plan (i.e 499 + service charge). Please suggest me what should i do in this scenerio. I am currently unemployed, and certainly this is a huge cost to my pocket as well.
Please help me or let me know the consequences, if i don't pay the bill. I am also moving to another state in search of job.
