Incorrect survey number in selling agreement

Dear experts,

We have executed agreement of sale by paying 20lacs to the landlord. This property actual katha number is 4324 and survey number is 321/6. but while registring agrement of sale we have specified actual katha number 4324 but incorrect survey number(321/1) and it has accurate east-west/north-south property markers. Is this agreement of sale  is safe ?If so to what extent this is safe.

Regards

Venkatesh

Get the wrong survey number rectified  by Registrar with his  initials beside the correction and get it in order to be valid for circulation.OR SEPERATE RECTIFICATION DEED WILL'VE TO BE EXECUTED.

Since katha number is unique and north-south/east-west markers property name specified is also correct. Is it not suficient to identify this property. actually 321/1 is the property SNo when he jointly held this property with his brother. when the property got splitted he got new Survey number321/6.

A rectitfication deed needs to be executed.

Ya you are right rectification deed needs to be executed, but katha number and sorrounding property (east-west/north-south) owner name specified in the document is not sufficient to identify this property unquely.
