sir my wife is a retrenched employee of bbmb. case is pending before labour court now the department notifide a same jobs and my wife is applied for the same.but thay refuse her to give any prefrance over other. and any benifit under sec 25h of id act.sugest us what we do

If you are in Maharashtra, you can file a complaint before the Industrial Court contending that there is failure to implement Award/Agreement/Settlemement under the provisions of Item No.9 of Schedule IV to MRTU &PULP Act. Otherwise, you may approach the Conciliation Officer.

THE MATTER IS PENDING BEFORE CENTRAL LABOUR COURT/TRIBUNAL AT CHANDIGARH.THE SELECTION PROCEDURE IS OVER AND THE DEPARTMENT REJECT OUR CLAIM OF REEMPLOYMENT UNDER SECTION 25-H OF ID ACT.WE ALSO MADE A REQUEST APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT REGARDING OUR CLAIM OF REEMPLOYMENT OVER POST THEY NOTIFY UNDER SECTION 25-H OF ID ACT.
