I have availed a educational loan from Syndicate bank in bangalore, for pursuing M.Com,
I fall under economically weaker section, but my manager is not providing me interest subsidy which is provided by MoHRD, GOI under CSIS scheme can any one help me out for this....?
One of my classmate got the interest subsidy for the same course in Canara bank, but my bank is is not ready to provide the interest subsidy for my course, ie by saying M.Com is not a Technical/Professional Course,
But the scheme says the banks should approach the UGC for the eligibility of the courses.
i have approached nodal officers- even they are saying the same thing, i have written to IBA- they have forwarded my complaint to Syndicate bank, I tried applying for list of Courses eligible for this scheme through RTI in canara bank as it is the nodal bank for the claims of the interest, but they have sent me a letter by saying refer IBA website, but nothing found there, i have written to Banking Ombudsman, they have replied me to contact the ministry directly,
Need your Suggestion what to do next ?- i have contacted the concerned officer in ministry through telephone, he is telling please don't waste our time by calling us for such type of queries, this is not a call center & it is a public office go & talk to IBA regarding this & your course is eligible if your bank is not helping you give them a legal notice...
So please help me what i can do, & i am not so much rich to heir a advocate my financial position is really bad,
