My wife's interim maint petition under 125c.r.p.c. has been denied on grounds of adultery. where the judge mentioned that "it appears prima facie that wife had been living in adultery"
She has also filed a maint case under DV act. will this judgement help in DV act. I have read in a judgement by S.N. Dhingra that DV Act is only for speedy disposal but guiding principle will be 125 c.r.p.c.
Pl give any other judgement that i can avoid maintenance in DV act bcoz of her adultery which has been proved prima facie in the court. The DV act case in under same judge of district court.
