Dear All,
My wife registered a case of Domestic Violence after living separately for 9 months. After hearing both side in written order JMFC come to observation that all charges filed under PWDVA is merely for getting maintainance. So is it possible I can use these observation to dismiss my case from PWDVA and only run for sec 125 of crpc for purely maintainance.
