Interim maintenance

Dear Members,

Wife has sent divorce petition where she is demanding interim maintenance.

1. When will interim maintenance be decided. Is it immediately decided after hearing starts or takes time - how much time it takes.

2. How much interim maintenance is payable if wife is working and earning 10000 and husband earning 30000.

3. How does it affect permanent maintenance? Is it part of permanent maintenance?

Request for your valuable guidance.

if wife is a working lady and earning good salary then submit the proof of her working before the court and make objection of her petition for interim maintenance, on taking view of said points and proofs court can deny and dismiss her petition for interim maintenance.
