Can anyone suggest me how can I get the certified copies of investigation Documents like CD file, Legal Opinion file, Evidence document they are collected and statement of Accused,…. from SHO, KPHB colony, Hyderabad.
Because i have filed case on 18/11/2011, still IO is telling that case under investigation. So, please tell the process to get the details from SHO.
