Ip based online agreement

We have a Website where candidate submits their CV.

Now, we charge some amount to candidate after they get a job.

When a candidate submits his CV, we note their IP after they agree with our terms.

Now, what's the way out if a candidate declines to make the payment ?

Without reading the contents of the agreement, it will be difficult to comment.

Generally, the click-wrap agreements are treated as valid contracts.
