Hi,
I just want to understand where in most of the time i heard that people walks in to the police station and request/complaint/appeal in the police station, stating that i have a life threat (what so ever reson) from XYZ person and generally lodge a complaint.
And more over do really police department takes their request, if yes why ? so, if not please explain this... and what are such cirumstance werein people/individual lodge this complaint.
Why such provision/proceduer is made available in our law...
