Is it legal to host website in bangalore which has the below flow,
1. A product is shown in the website along with the price.
2. Any member who wants to buy the product can pay only 10% of its actual price.
3. From all the members only 10 members are picked randomly and the product is sent to the 10 members.
Since the flow involves randomity, i need legal openion.
