Hi,
I took an apartment on Lease for 3 years in 10L. Now owner is denying to give money back and telling for wait for another 6 months.
What would be the options for me? Should i file case against him to get money back. All money paid by cheque only.
I've not registered the lease with court as unaware about that law.
Please help me for further proceedings to get money back.
