good article Mr. Gupta,

the problem is who ll bell the cat.......judiciary has occasionally acted in authoritarian manner....

still there are no checks on the appointment of corrupt judges, names are being forwarded without any merit but on political considerations....modern Indian judiciary is nothing but another look of Indian Politics....u ll find few loyal to congress few to BJP and few are leftist and the rest is known to u.

u r right on the principle as enshrined in Bhagwat Gita but the question is who ll follow?

Vishal Gupta (lawyer)     26 June 2009

thanks
