we have Revenue land/ site in Bangalore and paying proper taxes but no Khata and we are planning to sell the site. we need to have some khata (A/B) to sell the same. BBMP officials denied to give Khata for 100*90 site as per the current norms then cannot give Khata for more than 4000sqft. Is there any possiblity to get the Khata for my site?
I heard that with some influence we can get the B Khata for 9000sqft, is it believable?
Kindly help me approach to solve this problem.
