My friend purchased a land at coimbatore in 1980 from a gentleman Mr.X who got proper possession of the Temple land through Minor Inam Abolision Act.
After enquiry of settlement court, order was passed to issue unconditional patta to revenue dept. and Mr.X had the unconditional patta from Thasildar. The land was sold to my friend after a month.
Now HR&CE reattached property back to temple without the notice to my friend.
My friend was in possession of the property with regist. sale doc and patta passbook. Taxes were paid promptly until now.
Please advice how to go ahead in this case to remove the attachment , which would be very helpful to guide my friend.
