I did a non register agreement to sell a land with a party on 25 may 2011 and the sell date is fixed to 23 sep 2011.I took rs 1 lac from the party in which 50000 in cash and 50000 through cheque and the total amt of land is fixed to 5 lac.Before the sell date I asked many times to register the land.but all the times he was ignoring by giving diffrent excuses.and the sell date was gone so i made another register agreement on 17oct 2011 to second party he gave me rs 5 lac through cheque now the sell for the second party is 13 april 2012 but i forget to send any notice to the first party but the first party gave me a notice on 31oct 2011 in which they mention that the fault is ours and we are neglecting to register the land, now i m trying to return the money of first party they are not accepting it and they are torchering me and forcing me to give land to them and the local police also supporting them.i also gave a an application to ssp office but nothing works for me and i dont want to give them the land as they are not good people.they said they are going to file a case against me. plz help me what can i do.
