Please help me in a case where the challan (Section 173 CrPC) has been given to accused in a language which he cannot read or write under which section the accused can apply to court to give him the challan in the language which he knows. Any authority is welcomed

language of HIGH COURT IS english.lower courts english orregional language.all high courts having translation dept.pl apply to copying section they will advice as par rules framed by particular high court.
