1. Is service tax applicable for a Leave and License agreement for a preschool?
2. Does it fall under commercial activity considering it will be run in the ground floor of a residential building?
3. Would there be any increase in BMC taxes due to the running of the pre school?
4. Would works contract tax or VAT or any other tax in respect of the L&L agreement would be applicable?
