Legal query

Hello, Learned Counsel!

My friend’s father was having a licensed gun registered in his name. Her wife was having an affair with his neighbour which was later found out by him and he was totally against it and he gave a warning to his wife not to do these kinds of things otherwise he will send her to her mother’s house. So, she conspired with the servant to kill his husband. But his servant killed her lover with the aforesaid gun and the left gun into his wife’s purse. So, who will be held liable in this case, my friend’s father on whose name gun was registered, or his wife because the gun was found in her purse or the servant who actually done the murder?
