Legal Status of a Sale deed made on back dated stamp paper?

Hi Friends,
If a Sale deed is made on say 15th march 2007 and the stamp paper shows the date of sale of stamp paper also as 15th march 2007 but investigation reveals that the said stamp paper was not even printed in march 2007 but was issued from the treasury office only in December 2007.
What is the legal status of such a Sale Deed and where all can it be challenged?
Regards

In my opinion that the said sale deed is null and void in the eyes of law. Because when the said sale deed comes in existence at that time stamp paper was not in existence, hence the said sale deed is void. one can file a suit for declaration of sale deed null and void in the court civil judge .This is also a crime (fraud against registering authority and also against state) One can lodge  F.I.R. One can also file a complaint to the commissioner stamp narrating the said facts and also to the registrar for appropriate action.
