Limitation in continue agreement

Hi,

Two parties entered into agreement in exchange of debt, well agreed between them that debt is returnable on demand.

Debtor notices after 6 years from agreement to return his money but creditor don't respond.

Litigation starts and question of limitation starts....

1. What is fate of limitation when formal demand is made out according to agreement between both parties?

2. what happened to Article 60 of Limitation Act ?

Thanks..
