Limited company labour laws

Hi,

 

I work for a limited company as a regional manager, and whenever I say anything which according to my company is argumentative or against their veiws , they threaten me for termination. Recently they demoted me from regional mgr, to just manager..and im afraid they will terminate me too soon.

 

But they dont have any reason/logic behind it. They just say I am not responsible, but my score is all good.

 

Are there any labour laws applicable?? Or civil laws for such issues?

Hello, my name is Rajesh Deoli.I was working with a private limited service sector consultancy from Sep.2010. During my tenure I was not paid salaries for the month of May & June 2011. In October & November 2011 again the salaries were not paid & I was told on November 18, 2011 that due to shortage of funds in the company my services will be terminated from December 18, 2011 as the notice period was 1 month. It was in written that after clearence of all my previous dues on December 18, 2011 I will be relieved from the job. But on December 18, 2011 the employer told me that due to fund shortage my dues will not be cleared & he gave me a post dated cheque(of February 1, 2012) of some amount of my dues in January 2012. When I put the cheque in bank it was not cleared due to stop cheque payment in the account of the employer. When again I asked him he told me that due to shortage of funds it was not cleared. 

I have not joined any organization until now & I want to take some legal action against him. Can you suggest me what to do?

Dear,

If any employer shows decline in performance of employees, he have to issue a show cause notice or declaare in assesment sheet and record to be kept. letter of performance assesment to be issued to employees.

Employee can be asked from employeer for performance rating and reason for deprmotion.
