Hi,
I work for a limited company as a regional manager, and whenever I say anything which according to my company is argumentative or against their veiws , they threaten me for termination. Recently they demoted me from regional mgr, to just manager..and im afraid they will terminate me too soon.
But they dont have any reason/logic behind it. They just say I am not responsible, but my score is all good.
Are there any labour laws applicable?? Or civil laws for such issues?
